Spaghetti Alla Puttanesca

Ingredient

  • 1 tin plum tomatoes
  • 1 tin anchovies in oil
  • 200g spaghetti
  • salted capers, parsley, olives, garlic to taste
  • chilli powder or fresh chilli,
  • olive oil to drizzle
  • and salt & pepper

Instructions

  • Chop capers, crush olives, chop parsley, peel and chop garlic add tomatoes and anchovies to a pan and warm
  • Boil spaghetti for 5-10 mins, drain and add spoonful of butter if desired
  • Add and mix with the sauce
  • Season and garnish with chilli and parsley
