Air Fried Cod & Allspice

Long live the air fryer! This ensures our cod a crispy exterior and tender, flaky interior, all while using minimal oil for a healthier meal. Allspice seasoning enhances the natural flavours of the fish, adding a subtle hint of sweetness.

  • In a shallow bowl, combine the olive oil, allspice, celery salt, salt, pepper, and garlic. Mix well.
  • Dip the cod fillets pieces and turn to coat all sides. Let sit for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat your Air Fryer to 200c.
  • Arrange the marinated fish fillets into the Air Fryer basket.
  • Cook for 10 minutes and check. Cook until browned on both sides.
  • Transfer to a serving dish.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy.
