Our "fruits of the sea" can be adapted to whatever seafood you have. Start with a rich tomato base, gooey mozzarella, and a sprinkle of herbs like oregano or basil, it’s the perfect option for seafood lovers who crave something indulgent and fresh.

Ingredients
- Pizza dough 440g
- Fine polenta for dusting
- 2 calamari sliced
- 6 prawns
- 8-10 mussels
- Grated mozzarella and cheddar mix
- 1 large garlic clove, sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- High-quality tomato sauce
- dried oregano
- Sea salt and ground black pepper.
Instructions
- Preheat pizza oven, gas grill, or conventional oven with pizza stone to maximum heat.
- Shape pizza dough with hands to about 1 cm thick and round.
- Generously dust the pizza with flour, Spread the dough thinly with tomato sauce all over in circular motions.
- Shake over a small amount of oregano.
- Sprinkle the cheese on top of the tomato sauce. Top the pizza with garlic, seafood and herbs
- Bake the pizza on the pizza stone in the pizza oven for 2-3 minutes, in the gas grill for about 5 minutes, or in the oven for approximately 10 minutes until the crust is crispy.
- Drizzle with some olive oil and serve immediately.
