- 4 Chunky Fish Fingers
- 2 doorstop slices from a fresh loaf
- 2-3 Little Gem leaves, shredded
- 2 gherkins, sliced finely
- a pinch sea salt
- a pinch ground black pepper
- Red onion slivers
- Tartare sauce
Instructions
- Grill, oven bake or air fry the fish fingers.
- Slice your fresh bread into thickly wedged slices.
- Layer tartare sauce, lettuce, fish fingers.
- Add more tartare and slices of gherkin.
- Garnish with slivers of red onion.
