Ingredients

  • 4 Chunky Fish Fingers
  • 2 doorstop slices from a fresh loaf
  • 2-3 Little Gem leaves, shredded
  • 2 gherkins, sliced finely 
  • Red onion slivers
  • Tartare sauce

Instructions

  • Grill, oven bake or air fry the fish fingers and slice your fresh bread into thickly wedged slices.
  • Layer tartare sauce, lettuce, fish fingers, more tartare and slices of gherkin. Garnish with slivers of red onion.
  • Classic!
