Instructions

Heat the oil and chop the onion in half then finely.

Fry gently for 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
- Chop the garlic, add the spices and fry for 2 more minutes.

Add the fish and keep stirring till it’s cooked, for about 10-15 minutes.

Mix in one tbsp of tahini.
- Serve with a flat bread
