Fish with Marmalade

Fish with marmalade offers a surprising yet delightful combination of flavours. The subtle saltiness of the fish pairs beautifully with the zesty sweetness of marmalade, creating a dish that feels both indulgent and refreshing.

Instructions

  • After spraying your pan liberally, place it skin side of fish down. Then, sprinkle the flour over the fish.
  • Follow by spreading on marmalade and sprinkling garlic
  • Cover fish with broccoli flowers, stalks, and leaves. Sprinkle with worcestershire sauce. Add dill.
  • Pour wine around the rim of the pan. Sprinkle olive oil very liberally over the entire dish. Sprinkle sesame seeds and herbes de provence blend
  • Cover very tightly with tin foil. Bake at 200 degrees until fish is white and flaky.
  • Serve with mint yogurt sauce
