Smoked Salmon Pâté
Ingredients:
200g cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Roughly chop the smoked salmon.
- Place the smoked salmon, cream cheese, lemon juice, and dill in a food processor.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
- Serve with crackers or toasted bread.

Mackerel Pâté
Ingredients:
- 2 smoked mackerel fillets, skin removed (see blog)and bones discarded
- 150g cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon horseradish sauce
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives potted to continue use.
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Flake the mackerel fillets into small pieces.
- In a bowl, mix the mackerel, cream cheese, horseradish sauce, lemon juice, and chives.
- Blend the mixture using a fork or food processor until smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
- Serve with crusty bread or crudités.

Tuna Pâté
Ingredients:
- 1 can (about 150g) of tuna in oil, drained
- 100g unsalted butter, softened
- 1 tablespoon capers, drained
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
- Drain the tuna and place it in a bowl.
- Add the softened butter, capers, and lemon juice to the tuna.
- Mix well until the ingredients are thoroughly combined and smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the mixture to a terrine jar and refrigerate for at least an hour.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
- Serve with baguette slices or crackers.
