Fish Shawarma

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. skinless fish fillets, cubed or squid works really well

  • 1 onion, finely sliced 

  • 4 tbsp. oil

  • 1 tsp. salt

  • 2 garlic cloves, sliced 

  • ½ tsp. pepper 

  • 1 tbsp. paprika

  • ½ tsp. ground coriander

  •  ½ tsp. turmeric 

Instructions

  • Heat the oil and put the onions to fry, stirring occasionally.

  • Add the spices and garlic and fry for 2 more minutes. 

  • Add the fish and keep stirring till it’s cooked, 10-15 minutes. 

  • Serve with a flat bread
