
Ingredients

1 lb. skinless fish fillets, cubed or squid works really well

1 onion, finely sliced

4 tbsp. oil
- 1 tbsp of tahini

1 tsp. sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

2 garlic cloves, sliced

1 tbsp. paprika
-
½ tsp. ground coriander
-
½ tsp. turmeric
- ½ tsp cumin
Instructions

Heat the oil and chop the onion in half then finely.

Fry gently for 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
- Chop the garlic, add all of the spices and fry for 2 more minutes.

Add the fish and keep stirring till it’s cooked, for about 10-15 minutes.

Mix in one tbsp of tahini and season to taste.
- Serve with a flat bread
