Ingredients

1 lb. skinless fish fillets, cubed (squid works really well)

1 big onion, finely sliced

4 tbsp. oil

1 tsp. salt

2 garlic cloves, sliced

½ tsp. pepper
-
1 ½ tsp. paprika

1 tsp.cumin
-
½ tsp. ground coriander
-
½ tsp. turmeric
Method

Heat the oil and put the onions to fry, stirring occasionally.

Add the spices and garlic and fry for 2 more minutes.

Add the fish and keep stirring till it’s cooked, 10-15 minutes.
