Gambas Pil Pil

Ingredients

 

  • 500 g prawns (peeled and deveined)
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves (chopped roughly)
  • salt and pepper for seasoning
Instructions
  1. Pour the olive oil into a heatproof dish and place on a medium to high heat
  2. Add in the garlic and cook for 2 minutes
  3. Season the prawns with salt and pepper then add to the dish
  4. Cook the prawns for 3-5 minutes
  5. Serve with some gluten free bread
