Ingredients
- 4 cups seafood stock
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp miso paste
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 200g ramen noodles
- 200g mixed seafood
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms and grated carrot
- Sliced spring greens and nori seaweed to garnish (optional)
- Sea salt & ground black pepper
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring the seafood stock to a boil.
- Add the soy sauce, miso paste, garlic, ginger, and other seasonings. Simmer for about 10 minutes
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions - set aside.
- In a separate pan, sauté the seafood, mushroom and grated carrot until cooked
- Add the cooked noodles to the broth and stir to combine.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and nori seaweed.
