Seafood Ramen

Directions

In a large pot, bring the seafood stock to a boil.

Add the soy sauce, miso paste, garlic, ginger, and other seasonings.

Simmer for about 10 minutes

Cook the noodles according to package instructions - set aside.

In a separate pan, sauté the seafood, mushroom and grated carrot until cooked

Add the cooked noodles to the broth and stir to combine.

Garnish with sliced green onions and nori seaweed.
