Ingredients
- 3 diced peaches (peel or unpeeled)

1 pinch smoked paprika & cayenne

1 pinch granulated garlic & onion

1 tsp light brown sugar

1 tsp sea & ground black pepper

2 salmon fillets
-
2 tbsp vegetable oil

1 avocado, 1 diced red onion

chopped coriander
-
1 squeeze lemon
Instructions
- Mix together paprika, garlic, onion, brown sugar, salt, pepper, and cayenne.
- Sprinkle spice mixture evenly on all sides of the salmon.
- Refrigerate uncovered while making the salsa and preheating the grill, about 20 minutes.
- Make a salsa. Chop peaches, avocado, onion, coriander, lemon juice, and salt.
- Season to taste,If your peaches are a bit tart, you can add a pinch of sugar.
- Brush oil on the salmon and heat in a hot pan for 3-4 minutes each side
- Serve with the salsa
