Ingredients
- Mackerel fillets
- Organic Large Vine tomatoes
- Cucumber
- Seeded loaf
- Knob of butter
- Fresh Parsley
- Mature Cheddar cubed
- Branston Original pickle
- Lemon
- Sea salt and ground black pepper
Instructions for plating up
- Butter a slice or two of a seeded loaf, place on top one or two mackerel fillets.
- Chop some tomatoes and cucmbers and scatter over
- Chop a few cudbes of chesse on the side and a dollop of pickle.
- Lay on a few lemon slices and rip and sprinkle on some parsley
- Season to taste
