  1. Grilled Lemon Garlic Shrimp Skewers

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions:

  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large paella pan or skillet over medium heat. Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook until softened.
  2. Stir in rice and saffron, cook for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, without stirring.
  4. Add mussels, shrimp, and calamari to the pan. Cook until seafood is cooked through and mussels have opened, about 5-7 minutes.

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and honey. Add diced tuna and toss to coat. Marinate for 10-15 minutes.
  2. In serving bowls, arrange brown rice, avocado, cucumber, and edamame.
  3. Top with marinated tuna.
  4. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions.
  5. Serve with pickled ginger on the side.
  1. Spaghetti alle Vongole (Spaghetti with Clams)

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb spaghetti
  • 2 lbs fresh clams, scrubbed

  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:
