Ingredients

  • 4 cupSeafood Stock
  • 2 tablespoonSoy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoonMiso Paste
  • 2 clovesCloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1 teaspoonGrated Ginger
  • 200 gramRamen Noodles
  • 200 gramMixed Seafood
  • 1 cupSliced Vegetables
  • as neededSliced Green Onions And Nori Seaweed For Garnish

Directions

    • STEP 1.In a large pot, bring the seafood stock to a boil.
    • STEP 2.Add the soy sauce, miso paste, garlic, ginger, and other seasonings.
    • STEP 3.Simmer for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
    • STEP 4.Cook the noodles according to package instructions.
    • STEP 5.In a separate pan, sauté the seafood and vegetables until cooked.
    • STEP 6.Add the cooked noodles to the broth and stir to combine.
    • STEP 7.Serve hot and garnish with sliced green onions and nori seaweed.
